Spritz Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 oz Incantato Prosecco
- 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2 oz chilled sparkling water
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime wedge (for garnish)
- Ice
Directions
Pinch mint leaves between fingers to release oils and aromas. Add to wine glass and fill with ice. Pour elderflower liqueur and Incantato Prosecco. Top off with sparkling water. Gentle stir to combine ingredients. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh sprig of mint.
