Spellbound Bellini mimosa recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz peach pur&eactue;e (or peach nectar for a faster option)
  • Optional: a dash of simple syrup or lemon juice
  • 4 oz Incantato Prosecco
  • Peach slice for garnish

Directions

Prepare the peach pur&eactue;e: Peel and pit fresh white peaches. Add simple syrup or lemon juice if desired. Blend until very smooth. If desired, strain the pur&eactue;e through a fine-mesh sieve for a silky texture. Chill it until cold.

Add the peach pur&eactue;e to a champagne flute. Slowly top with chilled Incantato Prosecco. Gently stir to combine ingredients. Garnish with a fresh peach slice or sprig of mint and serve.
